Nothing as such. Company is run by arrogant people and can name of the company changes with time so beware of the brand name. It changes with time. Former Name A.R. Wonders Now Ardentisys. Don't get confuse with Ardent Technology, they are a totally different company

Ah, Thinking of what should I write here. The few is listed below - Treats employee like street labour. - No clear cut policy. In short policy paralysis - Zero professionalism, Yes its 0. By maintaining office decorum means wear formal dress. Speaking in front of client in local languages has never been an issue. In fact most of the time even in meeting room they use local languages. - There is no higher management as such.. It's run by one person or two and they are from non technical background. - Yeah, comp-off is just on paper, In reality they hardly approve for the same. - A head less team. No full time HR.
