Pros
Has a great brand that can open doors to you in many other great companies, so it's easy to get better offers once you get into Ardova. Operate a very structured bureaucracy driven by a few very top notch professionals, so you are able to learn very quickly from people like their heads of engineering, head of supply, head of aviation marketing, head of treasury etc. They understand the industry in and out and are always available to help. That's about the only benefits of working there.
Cons
Very poor salary No 13th month No December welfare package Too many huge loans means company will not meet revenue or profit targets in a long time, so no possibility of bonus payments. Bonus hasn't been paid since 2019 or so... Inexperienced management making decisions off the cuff based and most times based on personal interest/insider relationship with vendors rather than the good of the company Job insecurity No transparent methodology for appraisals and promotion, it is at the whims of a few top level figures. Overall a company to avoid if you have alternatives, but if you don't you can risk taking their offer, but start preparing to leave within 6 months immediately you resume.
