- There is no clear understanding of what the company wants to achieve - As many other VC backed companies the pace is very fast and this leads to the adoption of tactical solutions over strategical ones. - Cloud area and Hardware area seem to be two totally different companies with only the same name in common - Teams work in a very isolated way doing the same things in different way (aka integration hell)
