Free food with some restrictions, $1 extra per hour on weekends, decent pay for the area.
Cons
Under-staffed stores and unreliable employees, concepts that make less money get less attention from management, in terms of new-hires. I was a store supervisor and my store was under-staffed for about 6 months, I was left with only one employee, who was very unreliable. I was left by myself many times. It was unbearable, so I had to leave.
