      Management is a shambles. Not enough training. Call after call that you don’t have the authority to help customers, just a middle man and have to take a message for a call back.

      If you want minimal wage, fake promises and feel humiliated like you are not a human being, then this is the place to go. Absolutely shocking treatment of people. Management has zero accountability for their actions. Instead they blame you for their mistakes.
