Pros
Some beautiful locations around the UK, but that's it. Nothing else I'm afraid as the company is shockingly run for front line staff and managers.
Cons
The HR function at this company is purely administrative. You have one and half full time HR employees to cover multiple racecourses and 100s of members of staff. It's a joke! I have never worked with such poorly trained and disengaged department heads. Senior management do not have the first understanding of the operations they oversee and manage solely from P&L spreadsheets. Staff turnover is ridiculous and the only people that stay long term are useless and uninterested.
