Team of extremely bright people. Despite the small size of the company, Arenko manages to deliver high quality software and products in line with a continuously evolving energy market. The company has a great respect towards employee's needs and it puts a lot of effort into diversity, equality, inclusion and fair opportunities.

Being a small company comes with drawbacks as goals change quickly and objectives might steer from the original direction.
