Cons
-Dominating management. -Management will say they have open door policy but it's not exactly true. -Not at all good for freshers due to party culture -HRs will help only if your manager is in your favour. - Forcefully you may have to agree on whatever they implement as a policy and if you don't agree they may terminate your employment. Eg. Night shifts - No new project or internal team change. - As they don't have great opportunities to evolve as an all rounder they throw so many parties that employees will be happy and forget about it. - India employees are treated like they are servents. They have to agree and follow all the commands from US members. - Lack of opportunities as an Indian employee.
