Pros
This company really does invest in its people and building and creating healthy company culture. Whether it’s celebrating how diverse we are to encouraging an entrepreneur spirit it has earned its “Great Places to Work” badge again and again. Work hours vary depending on what team you support. People have a how can I help you mentality and for the most part ego is left at the door. Everyone regardless of title values health and wellness and work life balance. Breakfast, lunch and a plethora of healthy snacks are provided. Some teams do a combo of WFH/in office schedule. Dress attire is smart casual so jeans are okay just can’t be ripped and nice solid color blouses or tops.
Cons
Some people do carry themselves as if who they support or what they do is more important. But you have that experience wherever you go.
