Great company to work with. This is my second innings with Argent Software. Very supportive environment that treats its employees with respect and encourages everyone to live a balanced lifestyle. The best part about the company is that the CEO personally recognizes good work and pays a bonus that is double or triple the monthly salary. Of course, you won't be able to withstand his wrath if the quality of your work is utterly subpar. The bad reviews you read here were written by people who utterly failed to produce high-caliber work. I read all the reviews, the majority of which were negative, and it made me feel proud because I had succeeded where the majority had failed. I have been with Argent for 21 years now. The CEO has a clear vision for the product and the future of the business. CEO is a machine, and I have the utmost regard and admiration for him. The CEO consistently makes time to talk and guide all sales and development team DAILY. The instructions are so clear that you can never make a mistake. The nicest part is that the CEO keeps everyone informed about the changes in industry and is up to speed on technology.
