Cons
Senior management is completely out of touch with employees. Leadership (for lack of a better word) is nonexistent and comprised of "yes-men" that have been in their positions for a very long time. No direction but the expectation to "fix" problems that have been in place for as long as the company has been around. Change is not welcome. Most in management are downright bullies and micro-management runs rampant. Senior management is always battling to one-up one another. Executives are clueless, CFO is a two-faced liar and HR is absolutely worthless. Benefits are mediocre and extremely expensive for a company of this size. You will not gain anything of value by working here.
