* Good place to learn when you’re starting out. * Work-life balance is generally good. * Friendly culture and approachable teammates. * Decent pay to freshers
Cons
* Transparency around appraisals and salary hikes seems to follow the “trust the process” philosophy, except nobody really knows what the process is. * Employee recognition occasionally feels like a lottery rather than a structured process and not everyone has a Gujarati quota. * Layoffs felt like a random number generator was involved in the decision-making process with majorly outsiders on the list. * Some seniors are great and loved them while few need to evolve their minds.
