Pros
Leadership is very knowledgeable and cares. Absolute great team members who come to work enjoying what they do. Unless someone messes it up themselves because they can't or they refuse to be coached, most people don't ever want to leave the company. One of the few companies that has had a substantial growth curve over the past five years. For a small SMB, compensation is great and the "family run business" atmosphere creates an Employer of Choice atmosphere with great flexibility. Exciting to be part of something that at the end of the day, actually has a positive impact on some many peoples lives.
Cons
Since the majority of work is incentive based, some people will not make it and will blame their failure on everyone but themselves. People really need to understand expectations and the culture going in to make sure they're a good fit. Yes, expectations are high, but isn't that the type of team you want to work with?
