Pros

Difficult if not impossible to get fired. Growing company with very healthy profit margins. Pretty good benefits Decent work life balance in most depts.

Cons

Most recent overly positive reviews are written by management because the company's Glassdoor rating was getting too low. Micromanagement culture and lack of trust of employees. Small group of senior team decision makers make nearly all decisions. Some VPs / leaders are bullies and have no business being in leadership roles. Pay is below market and annual bonus is considered as part of salary vs. true bonus. Office location is not in a great area for automobile commuters. "We are a family" is heard frequently. Tyrannical, overbearing HR that only supports the senior leadership, don't bother brining management behavior issues to their attn.

Pros

Benefits are good Meet LOTS of new people

Cons

New Store Management is toxic. They used to care about the workplace environment but it now no one looks forward to coming to work. Management belittles the employees and doesn’t show any appreciation. Everyone is looking for other employment
