Great colleague (used to be everyone resigned ady). Some of the boss are good and treat the employees with respect and cherish collaboration. Relatively decent place for fresh grad.
Cons
Poor communication from the very top management. Internal problem are not communicate. Boss think if he ignore it, the problem is not there. Poor financial management. Little to no benefit. No EPF & SOCSO contribution for over a year but deducted in the salary. Simply firing people because he know poor employees cant do anything about it. Can provide a very long list of why you shouldn't work here if you are an experienced worked.
