      Good pay and benefits. Better exposure to the gaming industry because company is a larger player.

      Cons

      Always playing catch up with competitors. Sr. Management decisions are poor. Indian Development Center is a disaster, U.S. teams always coming to the rescue.

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
