      Pros

      The salary was good, though more close to average offer for such positions.

      Cons

      You perform very well and over your position and management tells you are very valuable, but next day everyone is out including you. A lot of legacy issues with witch your are stuck, poor communication between teams. A lot of talk about AI and innovation, but no actuall support on local level to actually do it. Some teams you never see are doing something you don't get info about.

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
