      1-Bootlickers are given full benefits. 2-If you excel in things other than your job, you'll be recognised for them. 3-The ideal workplace for someone who is ready to work disrespectfully.

      Cons

      1- Septical environment. 2- Hardwork not recognised and appreciated. 3- No retention ethics. 4- HR and senior management are misinformed, thus you won't be heard.

      Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
