Pros
- Well known brand in gaming - Some good people with ideas - A growing business in the US
Cons
- The management in the game studios has alot of baggage i.e. the work comes from a few whilst others have been asleep at the wheel for years - Has a history of hand out redundancies every 3-4 years. I know of two team members who were made redundant a few years ago whilst of parental leave !! - Literally no career growth unless you are prepared to go to the US
