Extremely honest review of my exp. of working with Aritha ,Client- MediaTek. 1-Good pay scale FOR FRESHER. 2-Can be a good option for industry exposure FOR FRESHERS.

Cons of working here are many but to name a few are-- 1-No other major client accept MediaTek. 2-The so-called internal members of Aritha at MediaTek get more support, good salary and quality work to do and NOT ALL Aritha employees. 3-Majority of employees given to MediaTek on contract basis are only for money making and add little to no value in their career. 4-Aritha doesnt have any say in MediaTek decisions , hence extreme low job security. If MTK doesnt continue then you are out of Aritha as well. 5-They favour more to the candidates who they deem fit will continue at aritha for more time, rest are just for money making form MTK.
