Pros

Catered lunches are the only plus.

Cons

"Leadership" is so busy micro-managing everything that you will wonder why you were even hired. Your work will be ridiculed and mocked, and you will get zero credit for what effort and time is put in to what you do. Only the negatives will be pointed out- and they will not only be pointed out to you, but the "leadership" has no problem flaunting any of your errors to literally everyone else they interact with here. You'll be promised a bonus when you accept the job, but you'll never receive it. Then when you ask about it, HR will tell you they have "no clue" about any bonus promises. You will be given a schedule but be expected to work 12-16 hour days. "Leadership" will openly insult and laugh at you in front of others, gossip about all of their workers and throw their team under the bus. repeatedly. Stay away from this place- On paper it looks like a good opportunity, but this place is a hot mess. Don't bother asking "leadership" for help when you're given completely unclear instructions on everything- because you'll get reprimanded for that, too.
