      It's a job. That's about all.

      Cons

      Low pay. Very low raises. I got bullied horribly at the office I worked at, and witnessed others being bullied. There can be very "clique-ish" groups, including office managers, and if you're not in the clique, your work life will be hell. Upper management at the corporate office doesn't care, either. Horrible experience working at this place.

      M-F with no holidays or weekends

      Cons

      The lab community is very small, but I’d sooner go back to retail than work for the lab manager ever again. She plays favorites and the company seems to be in favor of nepotism, so if you mention wrongdoing by the nepo babies, beware.
