      Pay is higher then most other carriers, and they get you home on the weekends

      Going through some changes since they are growing, they have somewhat of a language barrier at times.

      Consistent frieght that keeps you moving,no sitting around waiting unless its the shipper fault..money is paid ontime every Friday, home time is great, pay is great IF YOU WORK FOR IT...my dispatch team was awesome...

      Some of their dispatch do not understand English very well...
