- C-level are too powerful, it's not good since it'll lead to abuse of power (and yes, it happened many times). Many good ideas is rejected if it doesn't align with His opinions
- The C-level also love to micromanage and ended up blaming this and that if anything doesn't work (even tho it's His idea, this combination is ridiculous)
- There's one Senior Manager who's been pampered by C-level most of the time not because of He/She could work, but just because He/She is an old-timer employee. Merit system? We don't do that here
- If you're PKWT or contract-based, it's a hell for you too since they not obey to the rules (PP No. 35 Tahun 2021, pasal 15 and 16) about paying the Compensation
- They obey the paid leave rules by giving you 12 days of paid leave BUT the way they regulate it just too hard and funny; you only had 2 chances to took it, the simple case is when you're applying the paid leave to HR and they accept it, at the same time you will be asked "when is the rest of your paid leave will be taken?", and if you said you gonna took it this December, there's no way possible you can take it earlier than December or longer than it (Oh, wait, it's not 2 times but 1 times technically. Even Genie on Aladin's story does better, isn't it?)
