      Great location in Tokyo Interns in a relatively horizontal organization (opportunity for input, lots of responsibilities...) Variety of markets Decent Pay

      Integration in the local Japanese team can require hard work, especially if one can't speak Japanese

      Great people Great opportunities Willing to give more responsibility/grow Good work life balance while also still having good drive at work

      Not a lot of cons, everyone is very understanding and the small office could be a downside for resources, but personally did not find that to be an issue
