      Pros

      Yearly increases. Out of town allowances. Kind management. Easy to talk to and listens to your concerns. Provides spiritual growth to employees through weekly bible studies and seminars.

      Cons

      No regularization. All contracts are project based. You may be transferred from project to project upon the decision of management. Work can get repetitive. Salary is average. Medical card doesnt include dependents.
