Obviously after the acquisition by SoftBank we are no longer a publicly traded company and the issuance of RSU’s or stock became impossible. Also, as you identified the Arm Reward Team has made every effort to ensure that employees don’t lose out entirely by replacing with parallel perks in the form of cash which keeps us in line and competitive with other employers within the industry in similar situations.
