Thank you for your comments. As mentioned in a response to a previous comment, businesses continuously grow and change, and at Arm we are no different. Recent changes, while difficult and not undertaken lightly, have been made to ensure that we have the right people, with the right skills and capabilities, to allow us to progress. We sought to manage these changes as compassionately as possible, and are fully committed to supporting those who are directly affected, as well as those that continue to work at Arm. We appreciate that this is an unsettling time for many, but we would not be managing the organisation responsibly if we did not ensure we are focusing in the right areas to be able to achieve our strategy.
