Armada offers good benefits to their full time employees: dental, vision, paramedical etc everything you need and more.

the automotive industry is very fast paced with very tight deadlines that need to be met, and large penalties if not met. This can be stressful at times but it is part of the job. Armada has high turnover of employees which makes for taking over lots of work from others which is often left for a long time, making it hard to pick back up.
