Pros

Free samples to use around the house Work from home A lot of free time to look for a ligitimate company to work for . All the Good reviews on this company have been made by management .

Cons

They offer Salery plus 15 % commssion after 1750 sold for the week What really happens .Armchem will skim 10 % off your 15% .make you at 13.5 % if thay pay 15 at all..This will not be in your contract.. There has been many times they take your commission for no apparent reason . They want outside reps gone in a year ,then give the accounts to a inside scavengers and pay them scraps.

This person didn't perform. It is a bogus comment and statement. You don't stay in business for over 33 years and have 120 plus employees if you are dishonest. Lack of performance causes these negative comments.

Pros

I’ve had multiple sales jobs throughout my career and no company offers this extensive a range of excellent products, virtually no territory restrictions and any industry can be a client. It’s really incredible. If worked the right way, there is unlimited potential here. I’ve seen multiple reviews attacking company and owner, and I’d like to offer additional insight as someone thats worked at armchem for years. Ceo is generous and trusting so long as you hit your quotas. During the pandemic they did not change pay or let go of anyone. Owner also had a bad vehicle accident that resulted in him coming in less. Some of these poor reviews are baseless.

Cons

The sales grind will always be challenging when building your base door-to-door, and the company expects you to “make it happen”. If youre an entrepreneurial type this is no problem, if you are slower to figure things out this will be tough.

Pros

None that really come to mind

Cons

I've noticed numerous people getting fired within the 90 day training period. To me that says a lot about the lack of training. Horrible pay, no paid holidays or vacation time. The more you make for the company the less they give you. The list goes on quite extensively. I gave them 1 star because you can't put up a -5 star review
