-Business owner gets involved in too many side projects to effectively manage and oversee daily
operation.
-Business owner would often do "trade of service"which was detrimental to the financial stability of the company and the timeliness of employee paychecks.
-Utilities have gone unpaid for any given length of time.
-Business owner demands that employees update personal social media accounts to reflect company employment and company advertising.
-Make sure you read all legal documents before signing! The non-compete clause is very unreasonable.
-Benefits are awful. Aside from vacation there are no competitive benefits.
