      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to move forward in your career here. Great pay for it being in Butler. Great benefits. Upper management very helpful. They actually care about your families. Great friendships made.

      Cons

      There’s really nothing I can think of. Besides high call volume which is due to a number of things that are also outside of the companies control that can drive call volume. But that’s with any job there are going to be times where things just happen. I’m really happy here and feel like my job is secure.

      Pros

      The folks I worked with at Armstrong were authentic and others centered almost without exception. They all worked hard and rooted for each other. I consider it an honor to be an alumnus of this organization.

      Cons

      I can't think of any negative that is applicable to the organization as a whole. Very solid company.
