      Pros

      At a small company, you’ll likely wear a lot of different hats. Working as the social media/content strategist/part-time customer service rep exposes you to a lot of aspects of the business and teaches you a range of skills you may not have had a chance to learn otherwise. Should you leave the company, you’ll have a unique skill set that other candidates may not.

      Cons

      Less Creative Thinking,You may not have a clear road map of how you can advance your career or even what the next step at the company is for you. less cash to go around

      good to learn new technology

      "So no job security and too much politics" "Please DO NOT join this company even if they are paying you way too much" even team lead of all team lead play politics with interns or new joiners owner and hr is very helpful if you want knowledge join but if you want respect don't join because CEO and HR dont know what anyone is doing they beleive only some people but tw lady(mager or tl) always playing polytics with you and them as well if you did any task mangers never says he did they will say i did but you fail to complete any task she say because of him i failed

      Great company to Work For getting Experience in the Field of Machine Learning and AI great Support from all Seniors .

      Cons

      Company is new and small should focus on getting more Clients so they can be a great Startup One DAy
