Avoid - Anonymous employee Arqit Employee Review

- Excellent salary - Highly skilled staff - Growth potential possible - Wednesday's was free lunch, not a bad perk

- Quite a bit of volatility within staffing levels - Highly specialised product line requires a long term revenue strategy which some didn't have a handle on - A seasoned start-up, but needed to keep expenditure much lower then their position at the time I was there

If you are looking for a new company full and I mean full of good people that want success then you have found it, I have worked in many companies over the last I'm not saying how many years and i don't think i have met a better bunch of people. i have seen many changes over the last 5 years of being at Arqit and the company has matured over the years from a real early days start-up to a great fast paced business that is hungry for the next challenge. don't get me wrong if your looking for an easy life this is not the place for you as you better be ready to get stuck in day 1 but if you want to be a part of something that so new its mind blowing and enjoy great rewards for hard work then you should look at Arqit. I have been here for 5 years loved every day and look forward to the next 5 years. hope to see you all there soon!!!!!
