The best talent. You can learn from the best engineers in this industry. Classic start up culture if you look for that kind of speed and chaos. Good investment in office life. Good flexibility.
Cons
Too many politics with the leaders. No coordinated decisions. Very corporate culture. Believe the other reviews, you will work all weekends and holiday and there will be no respect for downtime or time with family. Like most start ups, there is never enough people to do all the work.
