Exceptional Experience - Senior Consultant Arrelic Employee Review

During my internship at Arrelic, I had a fantastic experience. The work culture fosters inclusivity and integrity, encouraging open discussions with company leadership. I appreciated the freedom to express my views and having all necessary resources provided for work. Moreover, there is a strong emphasis on maintaining work-life balance, demonstrating a deep understanding of employees' needs.

Arrelic functions with a flat organizational structure and have less number of employee. It appears that there is a need for additional HR personnel and managerial presence to effectively supervise and assist the workforce

Learning Opportunities: At Arrelic, I had the opportunity to work in the PdM Division. This allowed me to develop my skills in consulting and marketing. Work Environment: The company fostered a collaborative and friendly work environment. My colleagues and supervisor were always supportive and willing to answer my questions. I felt like I could approach anyone for help or guidance.

Limited resources: Due to the smaller company size, there were occasional limitations on some of the resources. This, however, fostered creativity and resourcefulness in finding solutions.
