First job out of college - Business Development Representative (BDR) Arrive Logistics Employee Review

Very political with managers passing out accounts. Commission structure and management is awful. No learning and structure to grow. All positive reviews are from people week one of the job posting reviews so they get free "swag". Turnover rate is high and would be higher if job market wasn't bad. Getting blown up on PTO day's and weekends are something will not mention in the job description.
