Pros

The lunch is good. The people are nice, easy to bond because everyone is suffering together.

Cons

I thought that this would be a decent job for me as I just graduated from college. I was 100% wrong. This place is incredibly toxic and made me incredibly anxious for the first time in my life. Don't even think about walking in a minute later than 7AM. You will sit at your table next to 10 other people in an incredibly crowded space ( during a pandemic no less), and you will not move until 5PM. I felt guilty and judged for taking bathroom breaks, or even filling a water bottle. You will sit and make 100+ calls a day, and if you don't hit that metric, along with other challenging metrics (considering the state of the industry right now), you will get called out and embarrassed blatantly in front of your peers by the trainer. Oh and, if you aren't beyond the metrics by the end of "graduation", you will get fired. In addition, the recruitment team lies about the compensation. You will be paid hourly for the first multiple months, which ends up being below minimum wage considering the overtime worked (50+ hours a week/ always working after work if there are any issues). PLEASE, even if you are like me, and want to move to Chicago after graduation and need a job, do not work here. You will not enjoy your days at work and you will not enjoy your time out of work because you will be anxious about going to sleep in time to wake up and be in the office at 7AM the next day.

Pros

Ability to earn commission, but it’s all on you. Ability to run your own book

Cons

Handed off accounts drive success of most reps, if you are on a newer team, it’s a lot harder to find success.
