Pros
So you'll probably make more money than you've ever made before if this is your first big time job. If you can do basic math, read a map, and talk on the phone you'll do great. It's simple not easy. The people there are incredible, total animals at what they do, and they also feel like family most of the time. This company is only going up, the industry is limitless.
Cons
If you don't think you'll do well in a hyper competitive environment this is probably not for you. What they say is true, you grind 7-5. You'll love and hate freight, and think about freight when you don't want to. If you're unlucky you might end up working afterhours at any moments notice because something went wrong with your freight.
