-7am to 5pm hours with only 5 days off per year for your first few years at the company (and you have to earn your days off)
-You will get paid minimum wage for the first 3 or so months at the company before making your base salary
-Commission structure is so messed up, don't make commission right away, have to 'graduate' to then make it, yet graduation isn't based off of any clear metrics... it's very hazy
-Micromanagement is apparent across the company and is even more frustrating considering the long hours and minimal pay
-You have to keep a 'hustle score' which takes 100+ calls per day to maintain.
-Big frat scene, lots of belittlement for those who don't fit the culture
-Half of my training class had quit within the first 3 months
