Pros

Pretty much left alone to do your job. Good coworkers. Friendly place to work.

Cons

You'd better make money when the sun shines and stick it away because eventually, if you're in sales, there's always a 12-24 month period when you'll starve. You make money one year, and you're saddled with a large budget the next to make sure it doesn't happen again. I was a 15 year + employee, surpassing 130% to plan for 2.5 years, making good money, and they laid me off because they were tired of paying me. Their philosophy is make changes, upset the customers, but "they'll come back eventually." They care WAY TOO MUCH about the short term benefit, instead of long term success when it comes to employee layoffs.

Pros

Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

Cons

Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company

A lot of mandatory overtime, hard to balance work and personal life. Some management can play favoritism.
