      Good support for selling with aggressive support from credit group which is unusual for a broad base distribution company.

      Cons

      Lip service only wrt caring about people that work for the company. Extremely poor job in embraced acquired companies.

      Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

      Cons

      Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company
