      Burn out is easy here due to workload, unexpected goals to achieve, managers aren’t professional and only think of their own, teamwork is often lacking from sales and everything is put on FAEs for the funnel growth. Salaries are average and no budget for engineering team.

      Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

      Cons

      Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company
