Pros
Arrow has a few decent health care options. Good Coworkers
Cons
HR seems to discourage career growth, and actively throttles team expansion and promotions, even if funds are there. Looking past the positive career branding there is little to no incentive for personal growth. This is seen with little to no coaching interest at the director/manager level, and if employees ask about growing their careers they are directed to HR slides. Immense interest in employees staying in the same role for 10+ years. Salaries are strongly governed on the curve to restrict pay increases so you will always be tied to your "day one of hire" wage, even if you do extremely well in your role or your manager moves you to a role with more responsibilities years later. Executives and HR prefer to hire outside of the existing business to fill open roles, even if internal talent in available, and ignore the low success rate of this approach. They rely heavily on the passionate employees to solve the daily issues with no recognition or compensation for efforts time after time.
