      Pros

      Friendly office in general Central and modern with good amenities

      Cons

      Misled about benefits/progression potential at interview. Lack of progression opporunities. Very poor communication in general. Felt undervalued and morale was low across department. Management constantly changing. Wage rises below inflation HR poor at times

      The company has very good communication, a supportive and positive working environment, and strong diversity that makes it an inclusive place to work. Manager is a very supportive.

      Cons

      There is no clear path for promotion, Overall compensation is below the industry average.
