The amount of control you have over your route is a nice perk. The pay is better than what most people think. The managers are very friendly and rarely talk down to employees. Employees are rewarded for selling performance. Lots of rewards are given for exceeding sales goals. This is a very friendly company.

Work is physically demanding. Poor management decisions are made that impact employees negatively. Higher ups aren't held accountable for mistakes. Patience is tested by customers who can be both rude and stupid at times.
