They Pay well. The job is challenging and you will travel to many new places. Most people are friendly but can only do so much as they are trying to juggle too many projects.
Cons
The office environment can become hostile. There are many instances of people berating and putting down in a loud and vulgar manner. You are going to be working on six or more projects at a time. All projects will have very tight deadlines. Information from clients has to be filtered through a sales team and project manager. Emphasis is often put on the quantity and speed of the work with no time for quality checking. Offices are dingy and people cuss like truck drivers instead of presenting a professional office. Company owner is know to show up on site and berate employees, using foul language and yelling with a red face.
