Pros

There aren't any... all the cons cancel out anything that might have been good

Cons

If you have any self-respect at all, you'll stay away from this place. They claim they only hire people who align with their core values: agile, fair, and together, but no one, especially in upper management and the C-Suite, follows this. There is clear favoritism between employees and higher ups, and those who aren't on that list get treated like scum on the bottom of their shoes. They are also FULL of empty promises and will find ways to use them to manipulate you into staying with the company or feeling bad for yourself. They'll work you like a dog and then when you reach the point of burn out, will blame it on you. There is absolutely no work life balance, they expect you to live and breathe Arrowquip, and you might even get in trouble for having side hobbies and interests. You're also expected to answer messages and phone calls on the weekends... during the time you're meant to spend with your family... which is something they preach to care about... yet another lie. In their minds Arrowquip must come above everything else, and if it doesn't then you're the one who gets punished for it.

Pros

They really do make the best Livestock Handling equipment, even though it is on the pricey side it is loved by 99% of there customers

Cons

They are really a family run business, which can be a positive but they are trying to be a 50 million a year corporation. The decisions that they make are based first and foremost on who is in the inner circle of Ownership, that's not opinion thats fact. I have worked here for a short time but I already see it's who you know here that matters most. I have a colleague who is one of the smartest sales guys I have ever met, (20 years) own his own tech firm and he reports to a guy that was a welder a year ago and has 3 months sales exp.
