Pros

Remote position with flexible work schedule and an ever changing and extremely challenging workload. Excellent communication from company (Artech) to sub-contract employees

Cons

Contract position with limited benefits. Contract length depends on client contract with State entity. Health benefits offered were very limited and quite expensive. In retrospect, I think that most employers face this situation these days.
