2yThanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciate the flexibility of the Customer Care role. Many of our team members in Customer Care have leveraged this as a great, flexible WFH job while pursuing school or other areas of interest or professional development. At the same time, for those interested in pursuing other opportunities within Article, we do have a number of teammates who have come up through the Customer Care channel and found opportunities in other areas of the business - Communications, Learning & Development, eCommerce to name a few.
These opportunities all depend on when and where within the organization an opening may arise (not just leadership roles) and the level of internal interest. We are focused on providing internal opportunities as often as possible, with many jobs only open to internal applicants.
